In the mission 'Steal the Wheels', Huang Lee meets Rudy D'Avanzo in the clothing store, and he orders Huang to retrieve Jimmy Capra's vehicle from the Messina's compound in Boulevard, in which he has put a tape recorder, so he can listen to the conversations that had taken place in the car and find out whether it was the Messinas who were ratting out the Triads.
