Geraldine Moffat (born September 5, 1943 in Nottingham, United Kingdom) is a former British actress and voice actress who provided the voice of Mrs. Philips in Grand Theft Auto V. She is the mother of Sam Houser and Dan Houser, as well as wife of Walter Houser.
She is mostly know for her work on the movie "Get Carter" where she played Glenda and the British soap opera Coronation Street where she played Vicki and Arlene Jones.
