George DiCenzo (born April 21, 1940 in New Haven, Connecticut - died August 9, 2010 in Washington Crossing, Bucks County, Pennsylvania) was an American actor, producer and voice actor who has appeared in movies such as He-Man and She-Ra: A Christmas Special, Helter Skelter, Close Encounters of the Third Kind and Back to the Future. He also appeared in TV shows such as Eight Is Enough, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, M.A.N.T.I.S. and Batman: The Animated Series.
He provided the voice of Print Works owner Earnest Kelly in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, as well as mob boss Ennio Salieri in Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven. DiCenzo passed away on August 9, 2010 of sepsis at the age of 70.
