Morrison is a news reporter for the Liberty Tree in 1998 and writes the article "Motorcycles Kill Kids and Must Be Banned" Say Protest Group.

He quotes an American Road Safety for Everybody (A.R.S.E.) spokesman and states that A.R.S.E. was set up with funding by the Maibatsu Corporation of America.
