The Bravado Gauntlet Interceptor is a two-door police muscle car appearing in Grand Theft Auto Online and due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI.

A police Gauntlet (internally named POLGAUNTLET) was one of many police vehicles to be included in a cut Cops & Crooks update for GTA Online circa 2020.[1]
The vehicle was later added as part of The Chop Shop update and released during The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid Week event along with the release of The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid.
Grand Theft Auto VI[]
Two of the cars can be seen attending an overturned car on a busy Leonida highway in the first trailer (1:04).
The vehicle is depicted as a state trooper-style slick-top pursuit car with a black and tan two-tone livery, seemingly based on that of the Florida Highway Patrol. It features interior emergency lighting mounted above the front windshield and a traffic advisor lightbar on the rear parcel shelf.

The Gauntlet Interceptor is the law enforcement variant of the Gauntlet Hellfire, based on the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon (LA). The Interceptor variant is likely inspired by several fictional and real-life third-generation LC-LA series Dodge Challenger police interceptors. Notable examples include the 2009 Challenger R/T used by the Broward County Sheriff's Office in Florida, the 2019 Challenger R/T used by the Florida Highway Patrol, the 2013 Challenger SRT8 and 2020 Challenger SRT Hellcat used by the Texas Highway Patrol, and the fictional SCPD 2010 Challenger SRT8 from the 2010 video game Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. The steel wheels are directly inspired by the Mopar Police Pursuit Wheel (MPN 68206561AA).

The vehicle shares most of its design and features with the Gauntlet Hellfire, but is depicted as a police car, equipped with steel wheels, several lightbars and additional police equipment inside.

The Gauntlet Interceptor, being modified from the Gauntlet Hellfire, shares many traits with the original version, including impressive top speed, middling acceleration and slightly below average grip level. The vehicle plants itself to the ground extremely well, and will tend to bend back to the right direction in the situation of rear tires slipping similar to the Toreador, making it an extremely easy vehicle to drive. The Gauntlet Interceptor is also 210 kg/462.9 lbs. heavier than its standard variant, which aids its ability to push other vehicles out of the way.
Like the Gauntlet Hellfire, the Gauntlet Interceptor is also powered by a V8 engine, powering the rear wheels. Its engine sound is shared with that of its standard variant.

Oversights[]
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
- When the "Grille Delete" option is applied, the emergency lights on the grille will remain hovering in the air.
- The "LSPD Modern" livery for the Gauntlet Interceptor was originally available for players on all platforms to unlock unconditionally, even though it is a Career Progress reward that is exclusive to the Expanded and Enhanced Edition.
- This has been patched in the Bottom Dollar Bounties update by disabling the livery option. On other platforms, this livery will also be removed from the vehicle if previously applied or obtained through the use of glitches.
- When any bug catcher in the hood options is applied, the belt will still move at the same speed even with the engine off.
- Like the Stanier LE Cruiser, the Gauntlet Interceptor cannot be used to intimidate the target during Payphone Hit: The Popstar, and does not count as a valid police vehicle for Prison Break - Station.
- The Gauntlet Interceptor is not listed on the Rockstar Games Social Club.
