The Gaff Hook is the hook half of a fishing gaff functioning akin to a club, like the Golf Club and the Nightstick, although when hit, the enemy would bleed out like being cut with a Knife or Katana.

The Gaff Hook is a good weapon to use against victims who are on the ground. Along with the Chainsaw and the Fire Axe, the Gaff Hook cannot perform the swing hit combat move during melee battles.
