Problem with many photos
First, if this isn't the correct place for this, I apologize sincerely. Alright the issue is a lot -- a lot -- of images are coming up as "image not available" (on my iPhone) and "Oops, this image is no longer available" (on my desktop/laptop). I assume there's an issue with the wiki atm since the logo for the wiki (the stylized "GTA" is replaced with a generic hyperlink "GTA Wiki". I thought I would bring this to people's attention incase something could be done. This has happened to the Mass Effect Wiki, another Wiki I use, before where the logo got messed up and iirc it straightened itself out but I'd have to ask the admin over there to be certain. - I was about to post the same thing. Nearly all images no longer will load when you click on them, and it's getting annoying. Is there really any way to fix this? Ryder 2012 (talk) 15:45, January 9, 2014 (UTC)
- User LS11sVaultBoy has contacted Wikia about this and he should get back to you all on this. I too hope this is fixed. Smashbro8 (talk) 16:23, January 9, 2014 (UTC)Smashbro8
I have noticed that all around the wiki (Mostly GTA: SA car pages), people seem to write the wrong direction. If people need a reminder for East and West, it's New York and California, or Asia and Europe. Either way, try to learn the difference before using it in an edit
Problem with photo scale/sizing?
I noticed on many of the vehicle pages that the photos (e.g. Pigalle, Windsor) seem to be stretched from their native dimensions. It creates an ugly look to the vehicles and it deters from their true appearance.
- Nope. This is because of the new infobox layout which forces a fixed image width. I've asked a while ago if we could change the width in the future but got no response so far. 09:16, July 22, 2015 (UTC)
