Here's the procedure
First: add the title with heading 2 "Admin rights"
second: Write the new things that you will apply on this wiki
Third: add another title with heading 3 "votes"
And finally add another title with heading 3 too "Comments".
So it should be made as Show below:

Admin rights
"write what you will apply here"
Votes
"Here the community should vote, either: "Yes" or "No" (the votes should be in bold)"
Comments
"Here the community should right a comment after He/She votes"
