Money Fronts[]
Owning the Car Wash will pull in passive income from your established criminal network, and allow you to expand your holdings to include the Smoke on the Water dispensary and Higgins Helitours — supplemental fronts each with their own above (and below) board operations. These properties will also boost earnings on your Weed Farm and Air Freight Cargo, respectively.
Your illegal dealings through any of these establishments will attract attention and generate Heat. If it gets too high, you’ll need to lose the attention by playing the role of local business owner and managing the legitimate side of your operations to continue collecting passive income.”Legal and illegal dealings and operations can be conducted in three locations. Owning these locations also provide additional boosts to existing businesses, discounted side content, and daily collectibles:
- Hands On Car Wash

- Allows players to wash Personal Vehicles at Hands On Car Wash for free
- Smoke on the Water
- Increases Weed Farm product value by 35% if owned
- Unlocks Smoke on the Water Product Daily Collectibles
- Higgins Helitours warehouse at the Vespucci Helipad
- Increases Air Freight Cargo product value by 10% if a Hangar is owned
- Allows spawning of Personal helicopters at the Vespucci Helipad
