G. James is an auto mechanic and minor character featured in Grand Theft Auto V. He can be found at Flywheels Garage in the Grand Senora Desert, sometimes working underneath a random smoking car. He plays no role in the storyline whatsoever.
In the Enhanced Version, he can be found at other locations including the Port of Los Santos and around Strawberry, however the random mechanics that spawn at Flywheels Garage now have alternate outfits without the monogrammed coveralls.
