James is an auto mechanic found at Flywheels Garage in the Grand Senora Desert, sometimes working underneath a random smoking car.
In the Enhanced Version, he can be found at other locations including the Port of Los Santos and around Strawberry; however, the random mechanics that spawn at Flywheels Garage now have alternate outfits without the monogrammed coveralls.
