G-Rating refers to a series of 10 flight training versus missions in Grand Theft Auto Online. They are started by walking into the blue corona (marked by a star icon on the player's radar or map) in GTA Online freemode or from the Pause menu Jobs versus list.

The players (4) compete individually in aircraft to collect 15 flags. The player that collects the most flags wins the match.
There are 10 missions in total over 5 different locations, the "Cold" versions with weapons disabled and the "Hot" versions repeating the same 5 locations with live weapons.

- The mission name probably has a double-meaning - firstly relating to the G-force ratings pilots are subjected to in fighter aircraft, secondly for the age restriction ratings that the game would be subject to if it was only a flight simulation.
