During the mission Radio Za-Za!, Elmo says to Claude Speed that the Zaibatsu Corporation have mixed a new drug in with Futuro FM's music and are driving people crazy, and also says this is ruining Loonies reputation, so he asks Claude to destroy the radio station headquarters transmitter in Zarelli.
The radio headquarters in Cayman plays no major role in the storyline; however, the solar panels on the roof of the building are used as a ramp to get access to an old abandoned rail track, which is used by Claude Speed to get inside the Scientist Research Center during Valdez Alert!
In the Industrial District, it is hosted out of a building located in Escobar.
It features a car crusher, which can be used to obtain items and weapons.
