Background[]

Nothing is known about his background other than he owns the Front Page Café on Ocean Beach.

Events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City[]

In the mission Bar Brawl, he refuses to pay protection to the Vercetti Gang as his café has paid protection with the DBP Security.

Tommy takes his bodyguards to the café, then kills the DBP Security guards and speaks to the owner. The owner explains that DBP Security has been supplying his protection and tells Tommy to discuss it with them. He is not seen again after this.

Being a minor character, the Front Page Café Owner does not have his own character model; he uses an "old rich male" pedestrian model instead. The model is shared with Pablo and the DGSE agents.
