Freddy is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
History[]
Background[]
A member of the Vagos, Freddy was serving an unspecified prison sentence alongside OG Loc. Loc claims that Freddy "disrespected" him and "stole his rhymes" in prison, while Freddy's dialogue implies Loc was Freddy's 'prison bitch' (also stating that it was "just a prison thing" as there were no "muchachas" inside to please him).
Events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas[]
OG Loc decides to seek out Freddy after his own release, asking Carl Johnson to take him to Freddy's home in East Los Santos, where Freddy is residing after his release. The arrival of Loc and CJ at Freddy's house prompts Freddy to flee on a PCJ-600, resulting in Carl and Loc pursuing him on another bike (while Freddy taunts OG Loc) and ultimately killing him.

Appearance[]
Freddy has a slightly thin, but muscular build. He has a buzzcut with a Van Dyke goatee and wears a yellow bandana on his head. He also wears a white tank top, around which his tattooed body can be seen. He wears khaki pants with a belt and black hi-top sneakers.
In The Definitive Edition, Freddy's appearance is variable. He can sometimes be seen with the same haircut and bandana, but with a thicker, full goatee. His tank top may be white gray or black, while his pants change to light green, khaki, or tan and his sneakers change to multiple colors.
Like Kane, Little Weasel, and Big Poppa, Freddy does not have a unique character model, simply appearing with a generic Vagos model.
