Did they make GTA 4 a bad game on purpose or by accident?

Please, next time discuss this in the Forum and sign your message with four tildes (~~~~). I consider GTA IV+episodes the best GTA game I've ever played. Your message implied that Rockstar left features out, thus making the game "bad" due to a lack of visible features. Yes, they did leave stuff out, but did you consider reasons why these features were left out? There could be time constraints, unreachable goals, working on a new engine, and many countless possibilities.--spaceeinstein 07:54, July 30, 2010 (UTC)
