The Fort Zancudo Colonel is a decorated serviceman of the U.S. Army, currently stationed at Fort Zancudo. He appears in the Fort Zancudo air trafficking control tower at the very top floor. His appearance is randomised, though he is always decorated in medals.
Trivia
- Despite being considered a colonel, the rank insignia on his shoulders and cap suggets he's a general.
- He appears in some scenes of The San Andreas Flight School Update trailer: first yelling at a pilot and getting angry, then posing with some soldiers in front of a Besra and a P-996 Lazer, and finally saluting two shirtless soldiers. He first appears wearing a officer cap and a formal uniform and then with a more casual outfit.
- In adittion, the model that appears on the video was cut from the original version. The main differences between the two model are: the sleeve rank (a inverted Sergeant Major of the Army instead of Staff Sergeant), the medal (a cross instead of the star-shaped one), the golden wings instead of the chest eagle, the Marine Corps pin in the neck, and the fact that he doesn't wear a cap. The code for the model is Marine 0_2 and you can play as it via modding.
