Flint County-Foster Valley Rail Tunnel is a rail tunnel in the state of San Andreas. It is part of the Brown Streak Railroad and serves as an underground rail crossing through Flint County and Foster Valley, San Fierro.

It is a generic tunnel. The walls on the side of the tunnel are straight and it has two tracks that allow trains to travel in both directions.
It begins just west of Flint County Rail Tunnel in Flint County and passes underneath some hills in Flint County and ends at the Corvin Stadium in Foster Valley, San Fierro.
