Flambo Cortez is a character in Grand Theft Auto 2 who works for Red Valdez, the leader of The Zaibatsu Corporation. Cortez is a friend of Head Radio DJ Phanny Joe Styles. Cortez attempts to kill Claude Speed by hiring his protection to do it in one mission, but got himself killed.
