Description[]
Fishmarket South is bounded to the south by Castle Gardens (Bus Lane), to the west by The Exchange and Chinatown (Borlock Road), and to the north by Fishmarket North (Emerald Street.) The neighbourhood lies on the Humboldt River. It is notable for its former ferry terminal converted into a shopping center, Pier 45. A handul of commercial skyscrapers lie along Borlock Road.

Fishmarket South is an amalgamation of the historical South Street Seaport and the southeastern waterfront of the Financial District in Manhattan, New York.
