First Dose is a series of contact missions featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Los Santos Drug Wars update.
Description[]
After receiving a phone call from Ron Jakowski, the GTA Online Protagonist arrives at Ace Liquor in Sandy Shores. A yellow Corona is outside the front door to the store and players can launch the first mission.
First Dose 1 - Welcome to the Troupe[]

The player is introduced to the Fooliganz and fights off members of The Lost MC who are attacking them at Ace Liquor. The Lost retreat after stealing Dax's Journey II. Dax asks the player to retrieve it from Millar's Fishery Co over the Alamo Sea in Galilee. After getting it back from The Lost, they pick Dax up from Ace Liquor and head into Los Santos where they claim an abandoned warehouse in the Mirror Park Railyard to turn it into The Freakshop.
First Dose 2 - Designated Driver[]

Outside The Freakshop, a Corona marks the continuation of the mission strand. Dax identifies that The Lost MC are still near neighbours of their new location and plans a "party". The player needs to obtain a truck to hook onto a trailer of supplies parked alongside the Daisy Lee at Terminal. On the way back to The Freakshop, the trailer is attacked by The Lost and destroyed. Dax sends the player to The Lost's East Vinewood clubhouse where they photograph a whiteboard and steal some of their Weed, before returning to The Freakshop.
First Dose 3 - Fatal Incursion[]

Dax plans to steal The Lost MC's meth supplies from their lab at Millar's Fishery, but sends the player to Stab City first, in order to weaken any reinforcements. The player then travels to Galillee and fights their way to the meth lab under Millars Boat Shop. After stealing the meth, they escape in a Dodo that is parked at the Galillee jetty, returning to Los Santos and landing in the storm drain east of The Freakshop.
First Dose 4 - Uncontrolled Substance[]

The player parties with the Fooliganz outside The Freakshop. Labrat and Mutt give them a beer which the player chugs. It is then revealed the beer is laced with Acid. The player then goes on a wild trip involving multiple randomized transitions before freefalling parachuteless to the ground and waking up at Up-n-Atom Burger on Vinewood Boulevard.
First Dose 5 - Make War not Love[]

Dax and some Fooliganz Troupers are at the Hippie camp at Senora Desert Trailer Park and call the player as reinforcement. They destroy the hippie's opposing drug production equipment before taking out multiple delivery vans. They then have to go to the Altruist Camp to destroy more vans and a Valkyrie helicopter.
First Dose 6 - Off the Rails[]

The final step in the setup of The Freakshop requires the player to steal precursor chemicals from Humane Labs and Research. While stealing the chemicals, the player finds a shipment manifest indicating a bigger supply of chemicals is on a train heading south. The player must race the train to the switching point outside Davis Quartz and cause the train to crash head on outside Palmer-Taylor Power Station. The player then assaults the train wreck and steals the chemicals and opportunistically takes a Brickade 6x6 that was also being transported. They return it to The Freakshop to conclude the mission strand.
