Firefighter is an emergency vehicle-based side mission available in Grand Theft Auto Advance.
Description[]
In order to start the mission, the player must find a Fire Truck and press 
and 
simultaneously to toggle the side mission on or off.
Once the mission is started, the player is given the location of a vehicle wreckage on fire in a random neighborhood of the current island, and a time limit on screen below the HUD.
The player must drive the Fire Truck to the burning vehicle's location and extinguish the fire using the Firetruck hose by pressing 
and 
simultaneously.
After putting out the fire within the time limit, the level is completed and the player will get a timer bonus for the following level.
In order to achieve the 100% Completion requirement, the player must extinguish 20 fires on each island (60 fires in total). Completing 20 levels in a row is not necessary. The player can toggle off the side mission and continue another time, tracking their progress through the Stats menu.
Rewards[]
For every 20 levels completed on each island, a Flamethrower pickup will be delivered to the player's safehouse of the respective island.
