It is a parody of the The Real Housewives franchise, which follows the lives of affluent housewives.
During the mission By the Book, Michael De Santa and Dave Norton pull up to a mansion on Caesars Place, Rockford Hills looking for an Azerbaijani who works at the consulate, but instead there is a camera crew filming a housewife arguing with her husband about him buying cheek implants while low on money, while he insists that it's an "investment" in his company. Michael explains that they have been filming there for weeks.
