Marcel Hevas is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who was scheduled to be a Most Wanted character in Grand Theft Auto IV. The only evidence for his appearance is an unused mugshot picture of him found in the policedb.wtd file. His picture is different from standard mugshots, it omits the plate underneath. Hevas shares his look with a The Lost MC weapon dealer and the bouncers at Honkers.
