The Island Bridge is a wide two-lane bridge that appears in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories located in Vice City.

The bridge is separated into two sections. The western section connects Little Havana to the western side of Starfish Island. The eastern section connects Vice Point to the eastern side of Starfish Island. The western section is the lowest named bridge in Vice City. This section is so low that large boats can sometimes get stuck underneath it. The bridge is mostly based on the Venetian Causeway.
In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, both sections of the bridge are closed in the beginning of the game due to a hurricane warning. The eastern section is unlocked after the mission Guardian Angels. The western section is unlocked after the mission Phnom Penh '86. In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, since Starfish Island is always accessible, there is a little glitch where the player can park a vehicle on the right side of the eastern part on the bridge, the player can get on the vehicle and jump onto the bridge and cross over to the other side of Vice City.
