Liquidize the Assets is a mission in Grand Theft Auto IV given to protagonist Niko Bellic by the Gambetti Crime Family boss Jon Gravelli from the Schottler Medical Center in Schottler, Broker, Liberty City.
Description[]
Niko meets Jon Gravelli in the hospital for the third time, but he finds U.L.P.C. companying Jon as well. Jon claims that some Russians and Ancelottis who are selling drugs have struck a business deal and he wants Niko to finish this.

- Go to the compound.
- Find a way to get into the compound, then destroy the vans.

Walkthrough[]
Niko drives over to the compound in Alderney. He then hops over the big fence and a cutscene ensues as Niko mounts himself over the fence.
Niko then gets rid of the first few guards and a whole wave of them will come. He gains cover and guns the guards down. The player must then destroy the vans using any means necessary after taking out the thugs. If the player destroys all vans except for one that is hidden, a barely surviving Russian will enter the remaining coke van and attempt to escape with the stuff if he survives. Niko must destroy the van as it escapes in this case.
An ecstatic Jon Gravelli will call Niko once the player hops back over the fence and tell the player two things: Niko's target is entering the country and that Jon and Niko are building a very fruitful friendship.

- To complete "Liquidize the Assets," only the five drug-filled vans marked on radar must be destroyed. However, preventing an enemy escape with a van is easier if picking off most (if not all) of the potential drivers in the yard before targeting the vehicles.
- During the cutscene that plays upon reaching the compound, the guard on the climbable building is holding a Combat Sniper, but after the cutscene, he has a Carbine Rifle. The Combat Sniper, however, can be found close by him, and can be collected by the player.
- This is the final appearance of Jon Gravelli.
- The player can actually complete this mission before Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend, Blood Brothers, Undertaker, Tunnel of Death, Pest Control, I'll Take Her and other missions following Three Leaf Clover and Weekend at Florian's.
- If the player manages to leave any gunmen behind to chase after a van, any gunmen left behind and the health packs/body armor that spawn on scene will be gone when the mission ends.
- If using the gated entrance to attack the enemies head on, it is a good strategy to use the vans as cover since the enemies won’t shoot at Niko while in cover behind a van.
- If the player has unlocked Packie's bomb service, a good strategy is to pick up a bomb before heading to the compound, to kill all the gunmen before they have a chance to escape with the vans, and then to park them all next to one another. The bomb is to be planted on one of them. Detonating it will lead to a chain reaction that will cause the other vans to explode as well.
- If one van manages to get away, Niko can steal any remaining van to chase after it and destroy both vans in the chase. Even if he leaves at least one van back at the compound, the mission will not fail and he can return to the compound to finish the job.
