While the name may seem to refer to stylish clothing, when translated from the French language, it would actually mean Pen Island, a typical Rockstar penis joke. The shop windows indicate it sells fashion clothing, although all shops in the block re-use the same interior texture.
The building on Dorset Drive that houses their boutique along with Chébs Eaterie, Barbone, Sebastian Dix, MyMy and Tatas on Portola is based on a building at 421-431 North Rodeo Drive that is known as the Rodeo Collection.
