Auto Shop Service, also known as Auto Shop Client Jobs[1] or Auto Shop Deliveries[2], is a feature in Grand Theft Auto Online introduced in the Los Santos Tuners update.

After purchasing an Auto Shop business and meeting with Kenny Dixon Jr. and Sessanta, Sessanta calls to explain how the shop can operate legally as a customization and repair service. She'll put the word out to drum up business and let the player know when they get their first customer.

After completing their Setup job, Sessanta can randomly call the player that a customer has delivered a vehicle for service.

Once a customer's vehicle is brought into the shop, it will remain there until the player addresses the necessary repairs or modifications. The vehicle will not disappear when switching sessions, unless there is a disconnect from Rockstar's servers before a save occurs.
To service the vehicle, the player must attend to any randomized requirements. If the player only follows these requirements, no satisfaction bonus will be earned.
However, to receive a satisfaction bonus, the player can add any preferred modifications. Only one modification is required to move to the next section. Upon delivery, the player will receive a bonus of either 2500 or 5000, or a deduction of the same amount if the modifications were not satisfactory.
Additionally, delivering the car yourself will grant the player 50 reputation points for the LS car meet.
Modifications come at a pre-set fee, depending on the class of the vehicle. This fee will be repaid upon delivery.
Once the modifications are complete, the vehicle needs to be delivered to the customer. Any damage sustained en route to the delivery address will be deducted from the payment.
If the player has hired either or both of the Auto Shop Staff, they will have the opportunity to have the staff perform the delivery task, however they will always take a long time to deliver and have a chance of damaging the vehicle, resulting in a reduced payment.
The game will also accept airlifting the vehicle via Cargobob hook as a legitimate method of transport to the destination, but the vehicle must be set back onto the ground and driven into the parking corona to complete delivery.
Other players are not notified when a player is delivering a vehicle, and if another player destroys the customer vehicle, the offending player will earn a Wanted Level.
If the vehicle is destroyed, either by the player or an opponent, it will simply re-spawn back in the Auto Shop to be delivered. It will not need to be re-modified. This will also happen if the player switches sessions in the middle of a delivery, which can be handy if the vehicle was significantly damaged. The random delivery location will be reset and may not be the same as the original.
There is an unseen time limit of 30 minutes (real time) to deliver the vehicle. A countdown timer will appear on the lower right of the HUD with 5 minutes left to deliver. Players are effectively free to use the customer car during this time. If they exit the vehicle, it will be marked on their radar with an 
icon. If a player fails to deliver in time, the vehicle is free to be used by them for the duration of the session, provided they do not reactivate the delivery from their Auto Shop, upon which the failed delivery instance will immediately de-spawn.
Upon delivery a small cutscene will show the player handing the keys to a random NPC and the payment will be made direct to the players bank account. The NPC animation will vary depending on the condition of the delivered car. Sessanta will then text the player a message, with the content dependant on the condition of the delivered vehicle.
The next customer vehicle can then arrive in the shop and either Sessanta will notify the player via text message that another vehicle has arrived to be serviced or an onscreen pop-up will advise the same.
The time between arrivals depends on a timer. If only one customer lift is installed, there will be at least one in-game day[3] (48 minutes real time) before there is a 50% chance that the next vehicle can arrive. If a vehicle does not arrive after the first day another day will elapse before another 50% chance. If the second chance does not spawn a vehicle, there is a further random 0-10 minute timer to spawn a car with 100% chance, meaning a maximum of 1 hour 46 minutes real time between deliveries. If two lifts are installed, all timers are halved, meaning a minimum of 12 hours in-game time (24 minutes real time) since the previous car arrived in the shop before the next will arrive.

Bugs/Glitches[]
- On entering the auto shop after a new car has been dropped off, the windows of the car in question can be heard shattering, and the player can sometimes see a shower of broken glass coming from it.
- Cars on the second lift can show up in the shop with their front end oddly warped and crooked, including the front edge of the open hood. This is immediately rectified when the car is serviced.
- If minor damage is caused that is not enough to lower the payout (superficial damage, like scratched paint), the customer will react with displeasure, but Sessanta will text that the vehicle was pristine.
- The size of the Riata interferes with the cutscene camera at certain angles during the customer scene, with placement ending up inside the vehicle model. This can also happen with the Everon when it is parked in a way that limits the space available for the cutscene camera.
- Like many mission markers since the The Cayo Perico Heist update, the delivery corona may not work when the vehicle is delivered. Destroying and redelivering the vehicle, even to a new randomly generated customer address, will still result in a faulty corona. Players can use staff (if hired) to complete these faulty deliveries. This will always occur if the serviced vehicle is on a current Exotic Exports list and has not yet been discovered and exported. The serviced vehicle will be able to be delivered after the Exotic Export vehicle is delivered to the docks.
- When delivering a Sentinel XS, the delivery instruction will incorrectly call it a Sentinel Classic, however the HUD mission title display and success message will both correctly label it as a Sentinel XS.
- When delivering a Surano, the delivery instruction will lack the name of the vehicle.
- A delivery point may not appear at all when playing in a session with multiple players. Exiting to GTA V and then playing Online in a solo mode (such as invite-only) will allow delivery points to spawn.
- An animation glitch may occur when the player delivers the vehicle: during the cutscene, the player (and often the receiving NPC) may appear to be "jumping around" as they interact. This has no impact on delivery success.
- When the player opts for a staff member to deliver the first customer vehicle, and they select the method to deliver the second vehicle, they will automatically switch back as if they cancel the delivery option of the second vehicle. This can only happen once and the player simply needs to select again, but the bug will persist the next time the player is servicing two customer cars at once.
Patched[]
- If another player is inside the player's Auto Shop when the delivery commences, they will be able to see a copy of the customer vehicle sitting near the car lift and it will remain there after the delivery is completed. The other player(s) will be unable to access this vehicle but the Auto Shop owner will be able to enter it when they return to their shop. They will see an option to be able to modify it as if it was owned but it cannot be relocated from the shop floor area or taken out of the shop.
- There would be instances where a duplicate of the female auto shop staff member is seen while the cutscene plays. However, the duplicate disappears when the cutscene ends.
