Fidl is a supermarket chain appearing in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.

Description[]

In 1998, the setting of GTA Liberty City Stories, Fidl has a store in Portland, Liberty City, though it is inaccessible. By 2001, the setting of Grand Theft Auto III, this has been replaced by a Supa Save! store, indicating the business has become defunct.

In 1984, the setting of GTA Vice City Stories, Fidl operates three stores in Vice City: two in Little Haiti and one in Washington Beach. These stores are accessible and, like other stores the protagonist can enter, it can be robbed.

Influence[]

The company name and logo appear to be based on the German supermarket chain Lidl.

Products[]
