Felipe is a character in Grand Theft Auto Online, introduced in The Diamond Casino & Resort Update as a minor character. He works as the valet of the Diamond Casino & Resort.
Events of Grand Theft Auto Online
Felipe can be seen in any freemode session standing at the valet podium next to the main entrance of the Diamond Casino & Resort. The first time the player enters, a cutscene plays where he opens the door for them, the Protagonist nodding their thanks.
If he dies, he will not spawn back immediately; however, the valet service can still be used when he is not there.
In The Diamond Casino Heist, posters can be seen in the staff area of the casino for a fundraiser covering his on-the-job incurred healthcare expenses. This is most likely a reference to players frequently killing him. When attacked, he will sometimes fight back using his fists.
Services
When parking a car in front of him, players can choose to let Felipe drive their personal vehicle (except for aircraft and some weaponized vehicles) into the Parking Garage at no cost, thereby preventing other players from damaging or stealing it. Using the valet service will trigger a short cutscene of the player either placing their car keys on the valet podium or giving the keys to Felipe directly.
Through Guest Services at the casino's reception desk (Penthouse owners can also use the Phone Services), the player can request their personal vehicle to be brought up front again for free from either the Parking Garage or the Penthouse Garage. Upon selecting a vehicle, a cutscene will play of Felipe handing the car keys to the player.
Mission Appearances
During The Diamond Casino Heist, a generic security guard will take his place at the valet podium. When entering through the main entrance in the Aggressive approach, he can be seen inside the casino taking a picture of Dean and Carol.
