Federico is a local drug dealer in the Trenton district of Portland, Liberty City, competing with the Mafia (presumably the Leone Crime Family).
Events of Grand Theft Auto Advance[]
Federico is killed by Mike, on orders from Vinnie, who is attempting to impress the Mafia to gain enough money to escape the city. Mike calls him "Freddy" and "Fido" during the mission Dirty Laundry.
