Falling In is the second of the Project Overthrow missions featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the San Andreas Mercenaries update.
Description[]
The player spawns in their Avenger flying over Richman, Los Santos, as Charlie briefs them about collecting some cargo dropped by several planes that were shot down by Merryweather Security.
While collecting each piece of cargo, the player will be attacked by Merryweather who are using boats, Weaponized Conada and Buzzard helicopters.
After collecting both pieces of cargo, the player return to the LSA Lockup in Los Santos.

Mission Objectives[]
- Search the crash sites for the cargo.
- Steal the cargo.
- Deliver the cargo to the LSA Lockup.
Changes[]
- Originally, when the difficulty was set to "Hard", discovering the cargo in either location would spawn two Weaponized Conadas. Destroying one would lead to another spawning in its place every 10 to 15 seconds. A subsequent hotfix made it to where after destroying the first two, only one will spawn every minute after it is destroyed.
