Events of Grand Theft Auto Online[]
Evan is a middle-aged man who appears in the final cutscene at Miguel Madrazo's Mansion, dancing around making a fool of himself. Jackie tells him to sit down and stop it and Kaylee calls him dad in the background. In the heist opening cutscene when the player first meets Miguel Madrazo, Jackie and Kaylee, he is mentioned by Kaylee and English Dave.

Ah. Can't get him out of the bloody bogs. Twatted off his chops. Double-dropped like a trooper.
