Estoria is one of the five boroughs[1] of Liberty City that appears in Grand Theft Auto.
Description[]
It is located in the eastern landmass of Liberty City. The district is bordered by water to the north and west, and Ardler and Kings to the south. Unlike it's real-life counterpart, Estoria is considered an independent borough of Liberty City as confirmed the official GTA website.

It is based on Astoria in Queens, New York City.
