Elgin House is a luxury condominium complex that appears in Grand Theft Auto V.
Description
There are two Elgin House buildings in Los Santos, located on Morningwood Boulevard and North Rockford Drive in Morningwood, and on North Archer Avenue and Las Lagunas Boulevard in West Vinewood.
The buildings are almost identical in design: white, with balconies and a swimming pool in its terrace. The building in Morningwood is taller, while the one in Vinewood is broader and consists of two towers instead of one.
Influence
The buildings are based on the Wilshire House condominium in Los Angeles. The name of Elgin House, as well as Elgin Avenue, are probably a reference to the Scottish town with the same name. Rockstar Games is based in Edinburgh, Scotland.
