Eddie Low is a truck driver in San Andreas.

Events of Grand Theft Auto V

While sitting in a vehicle containing a CB radio, such as Trevor Philips's Bodhi, Low can occasionally be heard talking with a security guard. Low, a truck driver, attempts to gain entry to an unknown location, but the guard refuses him entry due to Low having the same name as a serial killer, much to the man's annoyance.

Low can be encountered as a pedestrian around San Andreas, particularly in rural regions or the industrial areas of Los Santos. He can commonly be seen driving a variety of trucks, such as the Biff, Mule, or Pounder. Sometimes when the player greets him, he'll express frustration at people confusing him for the serial killer: "I'm so damn tired of folks thinking I'm a psycho, just 'cause my name is Eddie Low."
