Eclipse Boulevard Garage is a purchasable garage in Grand Theft Auto Online, added as part of the continuation of the Los Santos Drug Wars update.
Property Information[]
The garage is located on Eclipse Boulevard, next to Spitroasters Meathouse. Unlike other high-end Garage properties, the Eclipse Blvd Garage features customizable interiors similar to Office Garages, access to a roof patio with places for the player to sit, and a kitchenette area on each floor that offers snacks and other amenities, including security cameras. Unique to this property, it may be entered on foot via any visible door on either the ground or roof, though vehicles can only enter via the garage door, which – again unique to this property – does not display an entrance corona.
This property is also a spawn location, located amongst the business properties in the Interaction Menu (between the Agency and The Freakshop). The player will always spawn in front of the elevator on Basement Level 1.
It is available for purchase through Dynasty8realestate.com for $2,740,000 and can store 50 Personal Vehicles, and features no Bicycle slots. Unlike other purchasable Garage and Apartment properties, the player cannot purchase the property via the Dynasty 8 "For Sale" sign out front. If the player approaches the sign, the game will instruct the player to purchase the property on dynasty8realestate.com. Additionally, this property does not count towards the total number of apartments and garages the player is allowed to have.
Influence[]
The building's layout and design, especially so in Grand Theft Auto V, is based on 8335 Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles[1].
Customization Options[]
The property initially offers all customization options at no additional cost to the player. However, if the player chooses to renovate the property post-purchase via the Interaction Menu, the renovations will come at a cost depending on the selection chosen.
In total, there are 3 interior styles with 12 lighting options each. By default, all floors are set to the interior and lighting option chosen at the point of purchase. However, if the player chooses to renovate their Garage, the renovations are applied per-floor, meaning the player may mix and match different interior styles and lighting for each floor, however this also means the cost is multiplied by 5 if the player wants to apply a change to all floors at once.
