The Easter Egg Building is an unnamed building in Downtown Vice City that appears in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
Description[]
The building is located between the VCN Building and the Roxor International Building.
The only way to access the Easter egg room is by jumping through a window from the VCN Building rooftop, which is located right next to the building that the player can access by a stairway from the ground.
To the left of the helipad, on the side of the adjacent building, there is a section of the wall that is not solid, which the player can jump through, where the player can find a brown egg on a pedestal with "Happy Easter!" written on it.
The room is also accessible in the PlayStation 2 version of GTA Vice City Stories, where the player can find the egg under construction, as there is a small Final Build Construction crane next to it.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City[]
Tommy meets a drug dealer at the Easter Egg building to buy a specific drug for the Love Fist band; however, the dealer decides to run away with the money, forcing Tommy to kill him to retrieve the drug.
