East Island City is a neighborhood in Grand Theft Auto IV, Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars located in western Dukes, Liberty City.
Description[]
East Island City is bounded to the north by Morris Street, Yorktown Avenue and Harrison Street (Steinway); to the east by San Jacinto Avenue (Meadows Park); to the south by Hooper Street and Livingston Street (BOABO & Cerveza Heights); and to the west by the Humboldt River.
East Island City is a primarily industrial and commercial neighborhood. The industrial zone on the west side comprises warehouses and a container terminal, and a row of clothing stores fringe Dukes Boulevard, the main thoroughfare. On the east side, on the other hand, can be found the National Union of Contemporary Arts and the LC24 Tower, headquarters of the LC24 newspaper. A handful of brownstones are scattered across Dukes Boulevard, Bunker Hill Avenue and San Jacinto Avenue.
