The East Downtown Building is an unnamed skyscraper in Downtown Vice City that appears in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.

The building is located between the VCN Building and the Vice City Tower and it is the fourth tallest building in Downtown Vice City.
The rooftop is inaccessible to the player due to the height limit of aircraft. However, if the player manages to reach there, the ground is not solid so the player cannot land on or near it. The building is made entirely of sandstone[1].
