Defuse Bombs[]
When having at least 50% of stock capacity in the Bunker plus 5 hours of not being in any activity (10 hours with the security upgrade), Agent 14 can call the player to inform them that someone has loaded all their stock into a Pounder, taken it to a location and planted three bombs on the truck. The player must go to the location and hack the bombs before they detonate (5 minutes). While the player is busy with this, enemies will continue to spawn and attack them. After the bombs are defused the player must deliver the Pounder to their bunker. Enemies will spawn to kill the player.
- If the Pounder is destroyed the player will lose all their stock.
The security upgrade for the bunker halves the frequency of Raid Missions.

Merryweather Raid[]
When having at least 50% of stock capacity in the Bunker plus 5 hours of not being in any activity (10 hours with the security upgrade), Agent 14 can call the player to inform them that Merryweather Mercenaries has loaded all their stock into a Valkyrie and taken it to a location. The player must kill all the mercenaries silently and get the Valkyrie to the bunker. Enemies will spawn in Buzzards and will try to kill the player.
If the mercenaries are alerted while the player is trying to get to the Valkyrie, they will be warned that Merryweather will attempt to get in it and take off, so the player must kill any mercenaries trying to get in. If the player fails, they'll have no choice but to destroy it.
- If the Valkyrie gets away the player will lose all their stock.
- If the Valkyrie is destroyed the player will only be able to salvage half of their stock.
