To take part in new Dispatch Work in Freemode, meet with Vincent and make sure you’ve completed the Slush Fund mission in The Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid to unlock any of the three new Law Enforcement Vehicles available today at Warstock Cache & Carry, or use previously unlocked Law Enforcement Vehicles like the Stanier LE Cruiser and Unmarked Cruiser from The Chop Shop, or the Bravado Gauntlet Interceptor from The Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid.
Once inside an eligible vehicle, you can request Dispatch Work or accept Vincent’s invitation. Moonlighting as an off-the-books enforcer does require you to keep a low profile — so retire your CEO, VIP, or MC President status before taking on Dispatch Work.”
Dispatch Work is a series of Free Mode missions featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Bottom Dollar Bounties update. These missions require the player to retire their CEO, VIP, or MC President status before starting them.
Description[]
After the completion of The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid introductory mission Slush Fund as a leader, the Dispatch Work missions will be available to the player.

Availability[]
A personal law enforcement vehicle, available for purchase at Warstock Cache & Carry, is required to start these missions. These vehicles are made available for purchase after completing Scope Out: Mission Row Police Station for The Gangbanger Robbery, and Slush Fund for The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid.
Upon entering the personal law enforcement vehicle, Vincent will immediately introduce the Dispatch Work missions via police radio, informing the player how the jobs can be requested.
After completing any Dispatch Work, there is a one-minute cooldown before the player can request another job.
The player has to quit as CEO or MC in order to start Dispatch Work.
