Diego is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories and a member of the Mendez Cartel. He appears in the mission High Wire and helps Victor Vance, the game's protagonist, retrieve some of the Mendez Brothers' cocaine, which had been impounded by the police.
