The Dementia Limousine is a stretched variant of the Dementia compact car. It cannot be resprayed and comes only in two colors - bronze and pinkish-red.
Performance[]

The car's performance is quite better than the regular Dementia, having a pretty good top speed and acceleration. The handling feels stiff, though.

- Unlike its compact counterparts, the Dementia Limousine does not normally appear on the streets of Anywhere City, but appears only in a mission given by the Loonies (Getta Isetta!). Interestingly enough, it is set to spawn in traffic, however, it will only start appearing after completing said mission.
- Spawns bonus levels A, B and C, or in Multiplayer Mode.
- It will spawn frequently in the Dreamcast version, along with other uncommon vehicles.
