Del Perro Heights is an apartment building in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. It is located at the intersection of Marathon Avenue and Prosperity Street in Del Perro, Los Santos.
Aside from being mostly a residential building, it is also where the Simpson, Cochrane & Bailey and Feist & Welch LLP offices are located, as seen in the entrance sign.
It is based on the Searise Office Tower located at 233 Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica, California[1].
GTA Online[]
In GTA Online, apartments 4, 7 and 20 are available for purchase through Dynasty8realestate.com. The apartment 4 was later included as part of the High Life Update with a different interior.
