The only known restaurant appeared inside the food court at the Vice Point Mall. As implied by the name, the restaurant likely sells hot dogs. There are 4 restaurants in Hyman Memorial Stadium that can be seen only in the mission Kill Phil: Part 2.
By 1986 (the setting of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City), the restaurant had been replaced by the western food court locations of Beef Bandit and Shaft Hot Dogs.
The name of the restaurant is probably inspired from Dodger Dog, based on the similarity in the names.
