Dean Frantz is the host of Futuro FM in Grand Theft Auto 2. Although Claude Speed blew up his radio station in the Downtown District during one of Elmo's missions, he somehow managed to survive and is still a DJ for the rest of the game. He has had his car stolen five times and continually wishes the car thieves had one big neck so he could put his hands around it and choke the life out of them "all at once".
