The lit interior of the store visible at night is shared with several other stores in the area, with the Quincy Biro brand being prominently visible.

Dalique is likely based on Lalique, a fashion store located at 238 North Rodeo Drive which has been replicated in game as Winfrey Castiglione.
The building itself is based on 220 North Rodeo Drive (occupied by Judith Leiber at the time of the game's development and later by Brunello Cucinelli) so the developers have simply swapped the retailers occupying each building in game.
