Cougar is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
He is voiced by Blayne Perry.

Cougar is a member of the Biker gang in Vice City, which is led by "Big" Mitch Baker.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City[]
In 1986, Baker introduces Tommy Vercetti to Cougar and fellow Biker Zeppelin, before having the three race each other to see how good Vercetti is on a motorcycle. Vercetti wins the race, defeating Cougar who is later described by Mitch Baker as being good on a bike. Cougar is later assaulted by the Streetwannabe's when they steal Baker's motorcycle, which Vercetti later retrieves.
