Connie is headhunted from her current job by Tony Prince and the GTA Online Protagonist to run the bar at their new club in Los Santos.
The player collects her from a beach party and she will discuss the venture with Marcel, and reveals she was working at The Gentry Manor Hotel but was persuaded to leave when she heard Tony had lined up Solomun at the new club.
Tony claims that she does "simple" drinks better than anyone else in the business.
